Thereinto our induction hardening equipment and hardening machine are the most advanced equipments at present in China , suitable to produce Gardner Denver duplex pump Hardened Steel Liners of which the inner bores are processed by quenching , for example: FY—FXD 7-1/2×10、FC-FXX 5×8、FD-FXX 5×10、FG-FXG 5×6 and so on. When we produce Hardened Steel Liners of these pump models , the inner bore's carburizing layer hardened thickness reaches 1.5 -1.8mm and hardness reaches 58-60RC . Liners have such characteristics as high hardness, high corrosion resistance, free of deformation and best surface finish. The quality of our products is absolutely at the leading edge in China .
